Basic Terms and Conditions

ORDER PROCESSING

We will process and ship your order as quickly as possible.
Orders are shipped from Tacoma WA USA
Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns about your order.

When your order arrives...
Please contact us immediately if there is shipping damage or other shipping issue.

If your product is not as expected or is defective:
* Item(s) may be returned within 90 days of invoice date
* Value of partially used item(s) will be pro-rated
* Return shipping normally is at customer's expense
* Please contact us before returning any item

Payment Processing

Payment to Waxing Moon Enchantments through this website is handled via PayPal. At checkout our store software hands the transaction over to PayPal to process your card information. Once validated and processed PayPal returns you to us to complete the transaction. Waxing Moon Enchantments will/cannot see or store your credit card information. Should a refund be necessary we will initiate it through PayPal. They will recall the transaction number and your card will be credited or adjusted.
We cannot create additional charges only credits back. Should additional payment be necessary we will contacted you. Our preferred method for offline payments is PayPal invoice.

Use of Shipping Information

During the order process your name, shipping address, email and ph# are collected. PayPal retains that information as part of the transaction history. Waxing Moon Enchantments will use it to process and ship your order.
Order information (your name, shipping address, emailph# and products purchased ) is retained both locally and through web store history tools. Our local files are in the form of paper and non-internet linked data files.

Marketing Policy

To enhance your customer experience you may be offered an opportunity to opt-in for future mailings regarding new products, sales and specials, our show schedule and to receive occasional information related to our products and shows. These may take the form of email, physical mail and messaging via other platforms. The choice to opt-out is available anytime via email referencing the email or physical mailings that you want to remove.
