We will process and ship your order as quickly as possible.
Unless other arrangements have been made your order will only ship after payment in full is made.

Payment Processing
Payments to Waxing Moon Enchantments made through this website are handled via PayPal.
At checkout our store software hands the transaction over to PayPal to process your card information. Once validated and payment is confirmed PayPal returns you to us to complete the transaction. Waxing Moon Enchantments cannot see or store your credit card information. Should a refund be necessary we will initiate it through PayPal. They will recall the transaction number and your card will be credited or adjusted. We will not create additional charges on your order only credits back. Should additional payment be necessary we will contacted you. Our preferred method for offline payments is via PayPal invoicing.

Return Policy
When your order arrives...
Please contact us immediately if there is any shipping damage or other shipping issue.
If your product is not as expected or is defective:
* Item(s) may be returned within 60 days of shipping date
* Value of partially used item(s) will be pro-rated
* Return shipping costs are normally at customer's expense
* Please contact us before returning any item
Use of Shipping Information
During the order process your name, shipping address, email and ph# are collected. PayPal retains that information as part of the transaction history. Waxing Moon Enchantments will use it to process and ship your order.
Order information (your name, shipping address, email ph# and products purchased ) is retained both locally and through web store history tools. Our local files are in the form of paper and non-internet linked data files.
Marketing Policy
